Jillian Albayati, a former standout at Anaheim High School, contributed as her current team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, achieved a 7-1 victory against the North Georgia Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Saturday, May 30.
The contest was held at Jim Frost Stadium with first pitch at 9 p.m.
The Cougars are scheduled to play their next game Sunday, May 31, at 10:30 a.m. at Jim Frost Stadium.
