On Saturday, April 19, former Anaheim High School standout Jillian Albayati’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros.
The game took place at Toro Diamond. This was their fourth matchup against the Toros this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 1 p.m. at CSUSM Softball Field against Cal State East Bay Pioneers.
