Benny Vogel, former Villa Park High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, May 17 in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former Villa Park High School standout Benny Vogel’s current collegiate team the La Verne Leopards lost 4-5 against the McMurry War Hawks in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field at 12:10 p.m. and was the first matchup against the McMurry War Hawks in the tournament.

The La Verne Leopards’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 3:30 p.m. at Ben Hines Field.
