The Cal State San Marcos Cougars, featuring former Rosary Academy standout Daleah Cardenas, earned a 5-4 victory over West Texas A&M Buffaloes in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Thursday, May 28.

The matchup was played at Jim Frost Stadium with a start time of 12:30 p.m.

The Cougars are scheduled to play again at Jim Frost Stadium on Friday, May 29, at 9 a.m.
