On Saturday, April 19, former Fairmont Preparatory Academy standouts Salik Hasan and Yahya Hasan’s current college team, the Knox Prairie Fire, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lawrence Vikings.

The game took place at Whiting Field. This was their third matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Fire’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 1 p.m. at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium against Beloit Buccaneers.
