The Food and Drug Administration conducted an inspection of LifeStream Blood Bank in Placentia on Feb. 5 focused on blood and blood products, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The final findings showed that LifeStream Blood Bank was not required to take corrective action regarding its management practices.
Facilities nationwide are regularly inspected by the FDA to ensure that their practices and products adhere to health and safety regulations overseen by the agency. These inspection results are openly available to the public.
