Former Fairmont Preparatory Academy standout Riley Jackson played on Friday, May 16 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Fairmont Preparatory Academy standout Riley Jackson’s current collegiate team the Cal State San Marcos Cougars lost 2-3 against the Western Washington Vikings in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at CSUSM Softball Field at 2 p.m. and was the third matchup against the Western Washington Vikings in the tournament.

The Cal State San Marcos Cougars’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 2 p.m. at CSUSM Softball Field.
