On Friday, April 18, former Fairmont Preparatory Academy standouts Salik Hasan and Yahya Hasan’s current college team, the Knox Prairie Fire, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lawrence Vikings.

The game took place at Whiting Field. This was their first matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Fire’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at Whiting Field against Lawrence Vikings.
