On Saturday, April 5, former Sunny Hills High School standout Jackie Perales’ current college team, the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Otters’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Seawolf Softball Field against Sonoma State Seawolves.
