Young Kim, U.S. Congresswoman representing California’s 40th district, recently shared updates on her activities in the Tustin and canyon communities through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).

The following day, she highlighted her participation in an event marking a significant milestone for Social Security: “I was honored to join @AARP in Tustin to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Social Security. Kim has represented California’s 40th district since replacing Gil Cisneros in Congress in 2021 and previously served in the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2016. Born in Incheon, South Korea, she is currently based in La Habra and holds a BBA from the University of Southern California.
